Recording sites and structures from the air

We use drones with high-resolution cameras to photograph properties and sites from above. The elevated perspective lets you see roof condition, building layout, site boundaries, and surrounding context all in one frame. Images come to you organised and labelled, ready for your reports, presentations, or technical drawings.

We work with architects, surveyors, project managers, roofing contractors, planning consultants, estate agents, and property owners on everything from domestic roofs to large developments, heritage structures, and active construction sites.

Technical outputs for measured work

When your project needs measurement rather than just photographs, we can use photogrammetry to create orthomosaics, digital surface models, and 3D meshes. These are supplied in CAD or GIS formats and work well for land surveys, volumetric calculations, and building information models where accuracy matters.

Planning and compliance

Every flight we carry out operates under a method statement and risk assessment. Before we fly, we check sites for access, pedestrian routes, overhead cables, and airspace restrictions. Our pilots hold CAA Operational Authorisation and work to GVC PDRA-01 standards. We’re fully insured and carry CITB CSCS Health, Safety & Environment accreditation for work on construction sites.
