Of course it's not technically a licence but a permission. As part of our CAA Permission for Commercial Work renewal this year, we have been granted permission for Flights at Night (in line with the procedures set out in our Operations Manual). Night Flights will allow us to carry out our photography & filming operations beyond our previous daylight-only permission ie where night is classified as 30 mins after and 30 mins before sunset/sunrise.
